December 21st, 2020 marks the winter solstice, along with a number of other celestial events such as the great conjunction. 
The significance of this event is not to be wasted, and it is our opportunity to take full advantage of this gift. 

Fasting is one of the best ways to tap into our inner energy. The winter solstice is a perfect time to reset and re-balance. The great conjunction serves as a reminder that as big as our world may seem, we are in the neighborhood of gentle giants.

"Fast Forward" is your opportunity to move past 2020 and begin the new decade anew. Join us in this journey!

The rules of the Fast Forward are simple.
Fast for 3, 6, 9, or 12 days beginning sun down December 21, 2020

You can Fast as much or as little as you can. Do not put yourself in a position of harm, but instead use this opportunity to re-balance and seek an inner peace.

You can end your fast at anytime but we suggest going 3 days, 6 days, 9 days, or 12 days. 

Fasting is typically a refrain from food and water, but you can do a food only fast.

Each day, take a moment to post about things that you are thankful for.

You can also post any other positive things, but please do not post anything offensive or derogatory.

day 4... sleep was good today, this 4th day of Fast Forward. The energy and spirit of Mokshada Ekadashi, Jesus Christ, and all others unnamed here. I've grown to familiarize myself with the Christian story, having had many elders with deep knowledge and wisdom of His truth. Day 3 of Fast Forward ⏩... When reflecting on the day, I've noticed I become more conscious to many of my faults and errors, and through this process of reflection I can do what-in the computer science field-we call error correction; make the small (or big) adjustments to the things I can control. Day 3 began like day 2; a bit hectic, but ended on an up beat note. I've felt a calm over the past 2 days; maybe its from the fast, or maybe something else. I ain't even hungry yo wtf... Day 2 of Fast Forward ⏩... Day 1 ended with me completing 24.2 hrs with no food or water. The day ended the same it started; upbeat and energetic. I shared some good energy with customers at prime Holistic Shop and created several new things, including "The Computer Programmer", the latest bottled drink addition to prime Holistic Shop. Day 2 has been a bit of an up and down day. Navigating the myriad of issues left me a bit lethargic around mid afternoon. I think

This morning after my morning ritual 🚽, I took time to reflect on the tasks of the day. After reflection. I began my daily tasks and executed to the best of my ability. After, I took a ride to do my morning sparing session, where I excelled at pummeling. Now I will continue my days work and continue to ⏩
