Posted my third email to my MP about lockdowns in UK. I will keep doing it as it is the most important issue in my lifetime. If you're eating excess carbohydrate (defined as when your glycogen stores are full) then that energy is converted to body fat in a process called de novo lipogensis. Insulin plays a major part in this process. If you are doing regular *high intensity* weight training then you will be depleting glycogen stores in the muscle and can afford to eat more carbs without storing body fat. If you're not weight training hard, and eating lots of carbs, your waistline will be expanding.

Did you binge on sweet sugary foods or alcohol recently? Don't worry. Better if you don't, but if you did, empty out some glycogen by doing some high intensity exercise (research what that really means) and get back to your low-carb diet. If you want to, you can also fast for 24 hrs to get your hormones back under control, specifically insulin and glucagon. You will be back on track in a very short period of time. Humans evolved in alternating states of feasting and fasting.

BTC is not just limited by block size and ruined by SegWit, it is severely limited by removing the most overlooked and powerful feature: Script. By removing Script, BTCers have totally removed any exciting future innovation, and turned BTC into something that is not Bitcoin. I'm not sure what it is or what it's good for. Not a retirement fund or anything but #powping can generate revenue for content producers as well as, if not better than, Twetch. I'm looking at the #powping transaction structure. out[0] looks like the public key of the paymail and a signature for out[1] out[1] looks like the message and the metadata I'm wondering which public key is being used. I had a look at my money button account and the first public key in the derivation path of m/44'/0'/0' from the mnemonic but it doesn't match. I haven't looked into the bsvalias protocol, so maybe that's where I'm missing something. Can someone help me understand which private
