Anyone have any predictions on the mechanics, timing, etc. for nChain and TAAL merging? nChain will ultimately need to monetize their IP portfolio. Doing that as an NPE will yield relentless calls as a bonafide troll and very poor litigation results over very long, depressing, timeframe. Saw this first hand with MARA when I rode it to near 0 (well before Bitcoin mining became a focus). Monetization under the guise of a practicing firm is much easier to pursue/defend. They're using the separ

Re: halting. It's not clear to me why announcing an offering would result in a halt. The halt normally comes from immediate/drastic market conditions -- in this case there wasn't the opportunity for any as it was halted right at opening for CSE. There were a lot of interim filing certifications posted at the same time... curious if IIROC had some concern there. Somewhat separate topic. Given the massive effects of social media on BSV given CSW lawsuits and other issues (sybil or otherwise;

So, did I miss a CG article or other advisement that the McCormack trial is getting pushed out again? Looks like the 16-17 date got re-purposed to just be a pre-trial meeting to go over more of CSW's lawyers filings... Unless I'm missing something. Would be concerned about further extension if/as they have to re-schedule and trial date difficulties with COVID, etc. In fact, it looked like CG's twitter or some other feed yesterday or the day before posted a clip from an interview w/ Calvin a
